PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of communication processing by quickly judging the advancement of communication processing when a reception error occurs in the processing of communication with road side communication equipment. SOLUTION: When an FCM signal is received from road side communication equipment, on-vehicle equipment performs the transmission/reception of the next signal with a designated link direction and slot. When a signal to be received next is not received even after an expected time from the road side communication equipment in this process and after the final ACK signal is transmitted, retry processing is started, When the FCM signal is not received within a preset retry time, the processing is executed again from the beginning (S3), but when the FCM signal 15 received and the link direction is the same, resending processing (S5) is performed. When the link direction is opposite at the time of a final sequence, communication is stopped (S9), while in the case of a sequence other than the final one, the next sequence is started ($80.
