PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a good picture image without image noise by preventing the residue of opposite electric charge on the surface of a photoreceptor after removal of electric charge even in the case where the charging performance of the photoreceptor in changed. SOLUTION: In an electronic photographic image forming device 1 provided with an electric charging device 21, an exposing device 23, a developing device 25, a transferring device 31, and a discharging device 51 around a photoreceptor 3, the device is provided with an ammeter 41 for measuring the current flowing into the photoreceptor 3 in the state that the electric charging device 21 and the discharging device 51 have been operated, and a control device 35 for controlling the transferring capacity of the transferring device 31 on the basis of the measurement result of the ammeter 41. |
