PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an emergency arrangement program from being set by providing a 1st arrangement program calculating means which suppresses additional generation of an arrangement program and a 2nd arrangement program calculating means which performs normal arrangement programming out of the angle of a cumulative read time. SOLUTION: To calculate arrangement programming by articles in time series, a calculation part 4 for arrangement programming within the cumulative read time range and a calculation part 5 for arrangement programming out of the cumulative read time are switched and used within and out of the range of the cumulative read time. Namely, the calculation part 4 changes the time of delivery of the arrangement programming and suppresses additional generation of the arrangement programming only when certain conditions are met if effective stock becomes minus owing to necessary addition or necessary change in the time of delivery. Consequently, emergency arrangement programming can be prevented from being set. |
