<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a relation between a person requiring care and the relative individual and individual information of the relative individual on a computer, to display the relation of both persons on a display device at a glance and to re-use existed information when a relation when a relation with the different person requiring care is set. SOLUTION: AP(application program) 11 transmits the individual number of the relative and the individual number of the person requiring care to a host computer 14 and refers to individual information. DBMS(data base management system) 15 retrieves a relative information data base 16 and obtains pertinent individual information when it exits. Then, it is transmitted to a terminal equipment 13. AP 11 refers to a relation data base 17, decides a position which the individual occupies in the system drawing of the relative, generates the system drawing and displays it on the display device 10. It displays minute individual information by an indication. When individual information does not exist in the host computer 14, reference to the other host computer 20 is realized.</p> |
