<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance conversion efficiency in X-ray generation and make continuous generation of X-ray possible. SOLUTION: The X-ray generating device has an X-ray generating target 1 made of a material for emitting an X-ray by the irradiation of laser beams, a vacuum container 2 inside which the target 1 is arranged, and a laser beam irradiation part 3 for the irradiation of laser beams LB to the target 1 within the vacuum container 2, and the X-ray is emitted by the irradiation of the laser beams LB from the laser beam irradiation part 3 to the target 1. The conversion efficiency in X-ray generation is very high and temperature rising of the target is sufficiently suppressed. As a result, the continuous generation of X-ray is made possible and photographing efficiency is enhanced.</p> |
