PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shock and delay of speed change at the shift time from a backward step by changing the speed of an exhaust pressure from either friction engagement device, in which the backward step is set, in response to the detection result of a brake detection means, in the case switched from a reverse range to other range.
