摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase of viscosity and to lengthen workable time so as to enhance workability by mixing methyl hexahydro phtalic anhydride or hexahydro phtalic anhydride and a mixture thereof with a main agent comprising bisphenol epoxy resin. SOLUTION: Preferably, a main agent is formed by mixing bisphenol epoxy resin of 250 and 400 in epoxy equivalent are mixed in a ratio of 80:20. Further, as a curing accelerator tertiary amine is mixed, and as a filler silica of 10 to 15μm in average particle diameter and a silane coupling agent are mixed. For example, the main agent and the curing agent-curing accelerator are mixed in a equivalent ratio of 1:0.9, and the filler is added by 42 to 46% so as to be mixed therewith. An obtained composition is excellent in various characteristics as injection resin, and high in heat resistance and crack resistance so as to cope with the higher heat resistance of insulation material with downsizing and the higher output of an electric apparatus, and a pot life is long so as to cope with quantity production.
