<p>This invention concerns a stable, particulate complex having a global negative or neutral charge, a spherical shape, and a lamellar, rolled and condensed particulate structure, the complex comprising a globally anionic biologically active substance and a mixture of a cationic constituent and an anionic constituent, wherein at least one of the cationic constituent and the anionic constituent is a lipid. More particularly, the mixture further comprises a neutral constituent. The invention also concerns unilamellar vesicles for preparation of these complexes as well as their preparation and utilisation.</p> |
