<p>The invention concerns a composite prosthesis, comprising a prosthetic fabric, and at least a film in cross-linked collagenic material, associated with one face of the prosthetic fabric. The prosthetic fabric has a three-dimensional structure separating its two faces, whereof at least one is open to all post-surgical cell colonisation, and the film in collagenic material is bound at least superficially to the fabric other face, and said collagenic material comprises collagen whereof the helical structure is at least partially heat-denatured without hydrolytic degradation.</p> |
