Each frame member comprises two aluminium tubes (3, 4) mechanically coupled together by ribs (7-10) so as to form an additional intermediate chamber (31.0, 31.1) while being thermally insulated from each other. An air gap (20) is left between the fixed and moving frame sections (2,1), and is sealed off at the inside and outside by a seam joint (28). One at least of the intermediate chambers is filled with impact-resistant and mechanically-strong material (33, 34). At least at the side towards the adjacent air gap this extends to the inside wall of the connecting rib while in the transverse direction it extends to the inside of the opposite rib, and can be directly joined to it. It can be of shape corresponding to that of the chamber, typically consisting of a semi-fished profiled bar, hardened cast material or plastic.
