Hydraulic brake circuit for motor vehicles

The system has a main brake cylinder (12), wheel brake cylinders (14) with intake valves (51), and a main hydraulic circuit (21) between the cylinders. A hydraulic return circuit (22) has a discharge valve (52) and a pump (16). An accumulator (40) is connected to the pump discharge side via a switching valve (53). A hydraulic supply circuit (24) branches off between valve and accumulator, and is connected to the pump intake side. The circuit contains a second switching valve (54). A brake fluid is fed from the accumulator to the main circuit, and to the pump via the supply circuit. Figure shows hydraulic circuit for a wheel.
