<p>The invention concerns a method for making a plurality of metal pieces which consists in: providing at least one pre-blank (1) of a plurality of parts in carbon chromium steel containing at least 0.5 wt. % to 1.5 wt. % of carbon, said pre-blank being obtained by hot or medium-hot plastic deformation; producing at the surface of at least one pre-blank (1) at least one acute cut (2) produced by laser; separating from the at least one cut pre-blank (1), by delicate breaking, at least one part blank (3); and, at least from one part blank (3) separated by cleavage fracture, making a part, the manufacturing comprising at least a thermal spheroidizing treatment between 700 °C and 820 °C and at least one machining operation.</p> |
