<p>The invention concerns a protective sleeve (7) comprising a tubular body (8) made of insulating material including a conducting coat (17) adjacent to an end of the tubular body and emerging on the tubular body internal surface (18), wherein an end portion (10) of the tubular body (8) is retracted and tightly encloses one part of a conductive joining piece (11) while an adjacent part (15) of the tubular body (8) is expanded, and the conducting coat (17) extends astride over the end portion (10) in retracted state and over the adjacent part (15) in expanded state.
