A pin (3) inserted in the marrow chamber has transverse drillings (9, 9a) at the end for locking screws (8), also installation accessories, particularly an aiming instrument for screw insertion through the corticalis into the drillings. Near the drillings at the pin distal end is a connecting point (15) for an aiming instrument (7) for the formation of anchoring drillings in the corticalis (10). The joint between the pin and the instrument stem (11) can prevent turning, being typically of the polygonal plug-in type and unsymmetrical if desired.
