The present invention relates to an anti-theft device applied to the throttle twistgrip of vehicles in general. The twisgrip (100) in made from two coaxial tubular elements (1,2) placed one inside the other, the outer tubular element (1) being covered on the outside with an integral grip (10) and being mounted in such a way that it can be freely turned around the inner tubular element (2) to which it is axially coupled, while the inner tubular element (2) is functionally connected to flexible throttle control menas nad can turn inside a fixed, hollow cylindrical portion (6) of the vehicles handlebar (5). Inside the inner tubular element (2) there is a locking block (4) that can be accessed from the free end of the twistgrip (100) and that operates in such a way as to create a condition where the said inner and outer tubular elements (1,2) are engaged with each other and one where they are disengaged.
