The present invention relates to an electrically operated leaktight valve including a fluid dispensing channel and at least one fluid connecting channel, the rotational movement of the distributor plug of this valve being controlled by an actuator. This actuator includes a rotor (120) pierced axially and through which the fluid coming from the distributor channel (13) flows without a loss in pressure head, its connection to the valve body (11) being produced in leaktight fashion without the use of dynamic sealing devices. The present leaktight valve is particularly capable of moving in corrosive environments, particularly in cryotechnical atmospheres.
