<p>The invention concerns a composite prosthesis, comprising a non-absorbable prosthetic fabric and at least a film of a material absorbable in vivo, combined with one surface of the prosthetic fabric. In combination, the prosthetic fabric has a three-dimensional structure separating its two surfaces, whereof one at least is open to all post-surgical cell colonisation, and the film of material absorbable in vivo is linked at least superficially to said fabric other surface.</p> |
