The seal for glazing (22) in a panel (18) has an elastic strip seal profile (1) with a head (2) having a sealing lip (3) engaging the glass. A further sealing lip (4) engages the leaf frame (18) and is mounted lower on the profile. The leaf has a holding groove (30) between the glazing and leaf. The groove to receive the seal has an angled lower face in cross section (21). The lower face of the sealing profile has a correspondingly angled face to allow gluing into place in the leaf.
