The invention relates to a toilet for use in a house, in vehicles, on land, at sea and in the air. The inventive toilet has a bowl with a top admission opening for excrement and a bottom discharge opening which joins a temporary/collecting tank or the sewerage system. An outer tube piece is arranged rigidly between the two openings, said tube piece being connected to both openings in terms of flow. A second, inner tube piece runs in part only via the extension of the outer tube piece and is arranged in such a way that it is able to move between two positions, and in such a way that the inner tube piece blocks one passage (top opening - inner cavity of tube piece), at the same time as opening the other passage (bottom opening - inner cavity of tube piece), and vice versa.
