PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with plural kinds of various type data by discriminating a stream ID and a sub-stream ID of a data packet and taking the audio packet data out of a read-out data pack based on those discrimination results. SOLUTION: An audio pack 91 includes a back header 120 of 14 bytes, a packet header 121 of 14 bytes, a sub-stream ID 131 of 1 byte, a frame number 132 of a 1-byte constitution and a first access unit pointer 133 showing the head position of an audio frame. Furthermore, the audio data information 135 where the audio data information is described is added together with a data area 134 where the audio data of 2013 bytes or less can be stored. When the pack 91 is discriminated, the stream ID 131 following the header 121 discriminates an audio stream, etc. |
