FIELD: mining industry - for charging of wells with explosive at opencast mining. SUBSTANCE: without any delay after drilling a sleeve of film polymeric material is lowered into the well, air is fed through the hose inside the sleeve lowered together with it before well stemming thus producing an excess pressure in the sleeve, pressing the sleeve film to preliminarily moistened well walls. Without reducing the pressure, air cooled down to a temperature required for freezing the sleeve on the well surface, is fed to the well. Freezing-on is accomplished by air circulation from vortex tube, and in winter - from the atmosphere. EFFECT: reduced labour content and reduced time of charging of flooded wells. 1 dwg
