SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dry preparation of essentially spherical particles consisting of high-activity substance introduced into biologically compatible polymer with high boiling temperature, this polymer and above-mentioned high-activity substance being admixed under stirring to immiscible homogeneous viscous carrier. Stirring is continued until formation of biologically compatible polymer microbeads and complete introduction of high-activity substance into them are attained. Temperature of this process is not higher than vitrification temperature of polymer.
