The adjustable parts of the boot (2,3) are closed by clips (21). Each clip has a tension lever (6) which pivots on a base (7) that is fixed to a rigid insert (8) on one part (3). A notch (12) in the base cooperates with studs (13) on the boot and its position is adjustable. They are aligned in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the lever.
