SUBSTANCE: orthodontic apparatus has orthodontic rings for canine teeth (premolar teeth) and first permanent molars secured rigidly and coupled by tie-rods with Biderman dilating screw. Screw axis is positioned sagitally, and cut passes transversely. Catches for flexible connecting rod are secured on vestibular surface of canine teeth rings.
