PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread a foamed material injected in a foaming space all over inside the foaming space. SOLUTION: A foam molding die 10 is constituted of air suction holes 24, 24 opened on a cavity of a bottom force 14 and positioned on the sites wherein a foamed material injected between a core material 2 and a skin material 4 is hard to spread, an air suction source 22 connected with the suction holes 24, 24 and operated for only the required time after mold clamping of a top force 12 and the bottom force 14 and plug members 30, 30 disposed movably forward and backward on the bottom force 14, facing the air suction holes 24, 24 and operated to block the suction holes 24, 24 after the discontinuation of the operation of the air suction source 22. The air suction source 22 is operated only for the required time prior to the injection of the foamed material to suck the air in the foaming space between the core material 2 and the skin material 4 and generate the proper pressure reduced state, and the foamed material of required quantity is injected from an injection hole 18 under the pressure reduced state. |
