PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of mixture of a foreign matter to a gutter and the occurrence of an impact due to a fall of snow and to allow the use of this gutter at a snowy district by a method wherein an incoming water port is arranged at the inner side, not protruding from a vertical line of an external tip, of a receiving member to receive rain water falling from an eaves. SOLUTION: A gutter structure A comprises a fixing part 1 in a U-shape in cross section, a rainwater inversion piece 2 having a lower end protruded in a semicircular protrusion-form manner; a transmission water inlet D having a receiving material C consisting of a throating upper surface 3; and a water receiving part F having a water inlet E. The water receiving part F is formed approximately in a square pipe-forms state in cross section, and having the water inlet E formed such that the upper end of an external side wall 6 is bent internally at an acute angle. water R flows through the rain water inversion piece 2 of the receiving material C connected to a roof material B and flows down a rounding shape and around to the inner side, and falls downward at a boundary and is changed to a throating upper surface 3. Since the inlet port E is arranged in a position to cover falling rainwater R in a surplus range, all of flowing down rainwater R is collected. Meanwhile, since snowα, dead leaves, and refuse naturally vertically fall from the external tip of the rainwater inversion piece 2, the water receiving part F is prevented from breakage.
