PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film good in coating film adhesiveness and anti-fog lasting properties by providing a coating film of a specific anti-fogging compsn. on the surface of a fluoroplastic film. SOLUTION: An agricultural fluoroplastic film is formed by forming a coating film of an anti-fogging compsn. based on three components, that is, a vinyl type copolymer having a hydrolyzable silyl group, an inorg. colloid sol of which the solid wt. ratio to such copolymer is 0.5-9 and water and/or a water-soluble solvent on the single surface or both surfaces of a fluoroplastic film. The main component of the anti-fogging compsn. is the vinyl type copolymer having the hydrolyzable silyl group. This copolymer is a vinyl type copolymer having an SiOR group and the silyl group may be present in a main or side chain. As R, a methyl group, an ethyl group or aβ-methoxyethyl group is designated.
