Composition comprises reaction product of successive or simultaneous addition of: an isocyanate, at least partially masked, with Tg /- 20 deg C (/- 40 deg C); a polyol with, Tg /- 40 deg C, hydroxyl value /- 10 mmgg<-1> (/- 15 mgg<-1>) and average molecular mass /- 1000; and at least one (preferably all) of: carboxylic group, especially mixed in with the masked isocyanate, preferably solid and non liposoluble, esterification catalyst, and/or a mattifying wax. Also claimed is preparation of the composition. |
