PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cement raw material by which a cement raw material is produced by the use of the soil dredged from the sea bottom. SOLUTION: The dredged soil is freed from refuse by a refuse removing device 5 and then classified by a wet cyclone 10, and the coarse grain is cleaned with a sand cleaner 12 to remove the chlorine component and stored in a stockyard 17. Meanwhile, the fine grain is enriched by a thickener 18, cleaned with clear water in thickeners 23 to 26 to remove the chlorine component, dehydrated by a filter press 34 and stored in the stockyard 17.
