<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cement producing raw material with the consumption of quicklime reduced and without the need for an additional heat source for the heating in a ripening machine. SOLUTION: This cement producing raw material is produced from sewage sludge by drying the dehydrated sludge from sewage sludge 1 by a drier 3 to obtain dry sludge 12, mixing quicklime 13 with the dry sludge 12 and ripening the mixture by a ripening machine 7 to form a dry powder 14. In this case, a hot water jacket 10 is fixed to the ripening machine 7, and hot water 19 is supplied through the drain 18 for, the steam used in the drier 3. When the mixture in the ripening machine is overheated in this production process, cold water 22 is supplied to the jacket.</p> |
