PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the manufacturing time of an injection mold and achieve the cost reduction by manufacturing a shell-shaped injection mold by stereo lithography, by injecting a resin based on dicyclopentadiene in the cavity of the injection mold to solidify the same before the demolding the resin after solidification. SOLUTION: A shell-shaped injection mold 5 having a cavity 5a along the shape of a casing is manufactured by stereo lithography selectively irradiating a resin with light through a light irradiation apparatus based on three- dimensional CAD data and successively laminating the resin after curing. Herein, the injection mold 5 is formed into a shape having the cavity 5a between outer and inner shells 6, 7 and the inner shape of the outer shell 6 is larger than the outer shape of the casing by the quantity corresponding to a processing flap and the inner shape of the inner shell 7 is larger than the inner shape of the casing by the quantity corresponding to the processing flap. A resin 8 based on dicyclopentadiene is injected in the cavity 5a of the injection mold 5 and solidified to remold a resin injection product after solidification. |
