PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify conveying mechanism so as to reduce cost by providing each device of a mechanical parking device with a plurality, of carrier rollers in two vertical stages, and providing both ends of a pallet with collar members to roller contact faces in the same plane as the upper face. SOLUTION: An entry-delivery port, a lifting device, a traveling truck and each device of a parking room are provided with storage spaces A, B for pallets 30a, 30b. A plurality of carrier rollers for transferring the pallets 30a, 30b are arranged at constant spaces on straight lines a, c and straight lines c, d. Collar members 31 to the contact faces of the carrier rollers are fitted to both end parts of the pallets 30a, 30b, on the same plane as the upper faces. A chain is hung onto the traveling truck and the carrier rollers in the parking room. A plurality of carrier rollers are synchronously rotated by a motor so as to transfer the pallets respectively between the traveling truck and parking room, between the entry-delivery port and lifting device, and between the lifting device and traveling truck. Conveying mechanism can therefore be simplified and a height direction can be reduced. |
