FIELD: dry regeneration of used water-binder molding sands. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of magnetic separation of mixture, breaking lumps to pieces 15-80 mm, disintegrating them, sifting, stabilizing their humidity, preliminarily pneumatically classifying and cleaning grains by means of rotating abrasive wheels in fluidized bed at simultaneously drying and sorting. Apparatus includes magnetic separator, breaker, mill, hopper, pneumatic classifier and unit for cleaning sand grains in fluidized bed. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities at producing castings of non-magnetic alloys, stabilization of strength properties of molding sands with regenerated sands, enhanced operational reliability of regeneration complexes. 2 dwg |
