The slurry 14 is pressurized by a pump 14, and the pressurized slurry 14 is supplied to a spray drier and dried to obtain a ceramic granulated powder. The pressurized slurry 14 is supplied to a medium-agitated wet crusher 18 between the pressurizing and spray-drying of the slurry 14, and the ceramic coarse grain contained in the ceramic powder 13 in the slurry 14 is crushed.
