PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error due to a gear backlash by computing a set value correcting the error on control generated by the gear backlash of a driving device and adding or subtracting the set value to or from the required driving quantity of the driving device and determining the quantity of a driving motor operated when the driving device is driven. SOLUTION: A driving motor 7 for adjusting the inclination of a filter drum 8 is held under the state, in which a brake is applied, under a standby state. That is, the driving motor 7 for adjusting the inclination is stopped beforehand under the state, in which the driving motor 7 is excited at all times. The operating quantity of the driving motor 7 for adjusting the inclination corresponding to a gear backlash generated at the time of stoppage is computed beforehand, and a computed value is stored beforehand in a controller 11 together with the outside diametral size of the tilter drum 8 as a set value. When the driving motor 7 for adjusting the inclination is started, operating quantity corresponding to the beforehand computed gear backlash is added or subtracted to or from operating quantity required and the operating quantity of the driving motor 7 for adjusting the inclination is determined, and the driving motor 7 for adjusting the inclination is driven, and returned to the standby state. |
