PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the appearance of an instrument panel by preventing the generation of wrinkles in the respective recessed parts of an almost rectangular skin even if recessed parts are formed at both left and right end parts separated from the gate of the almost central part in the left and right direction of the skin when the skin having long and short sides on the upper surface of the panel and the base material thereof are integrally molded. SOLUTION: The depressed part 22b arranged over the almost total length of the skin 2 set to a first mold 21 at the position corresponding to the front long side of the skin 2 and a protruding part 22c protruding over the almost total length of the skin 2 along the depressed part 22b on the rear long side of the skin 2 of the depressed part 22b so that a cavity interval becomes smaller than other part are preformed to the molding surface 22a of a second mold 22 and, at an initial period when a molten resin R is injected from the gate 22c provided to the bottom part of the depressed part 22b, molten resin R is filled into the depressed part 22b and subsequently allowed to flow out to the rear long side of the skin 2 from the depressed part 22b. |
