PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject tablets that rapidly disintegrate in the mouth and brings about the optimal bioavailability of the active ingredient by using a specific active component and a specific excipient. SOLUTION: The objective tablets contains (A) an excipient that contains a disintegrator, one or more kinds of soluble diluent that has linking properties, <=13 carbon atoms and comprises directly compressible product with an average particle size of 100-500μm or a polyol powder with an average particle size of <=100μm. In this case, the polyol is selected from mannitol, sorbitol and the like. The sorbitol is not singly used and in the case that the soluble diluent is single, it is the directly compressible product, while in the case that it is composed of 2 or more, a combination of the directly compressible product and a powder at a ratio of 99/1-50/50. Such excipient is mixed with (B) at least one of a polymer as polymethacrylate, when necessary, with a plasticizer and the mixture is used as a coating agent to cover the active ingredient in the form of fine crystals therewith.
