PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tacky sheet having cutting suitability higher than that of conventional sheet from normal release paper free from speed dependence. SOLUTION: This tacky sheet is obtained by laminating a tacky agent layer onto one surface of a synthetic resin film. In the tacky sheet, a tacky agent forming the tacky agent layer disperses 10-50 pts.wt. pressure collapse type powder having 5-30μm average particle diameter, in which one or more kinds of liquid substances selected from a group comprising squalane, silicone oil and liquid paraffin and being liquid at ordinary temperature are coated with an acrylic resin having 70-200 deg.C softening point, in 100 pts.wt. tacky agent base.
