摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air volume control device having a highly accurate air flow characteristic over an entire operating range. SOLUTION: During a process of adjusting a product, a duty ratio of a drive signal and a characteristic of air flow rate for an actual air volume adjusting valve (ISCV) 2 are stored in EEP ROM 11. A duty ratio of a drive signal and a characteristic of air flow rate for an ideal SCV having no errors are stored in a ROM 10a. Further, during normal SCV control, a CPU 10 calculates a duty ratio of a drive signal corresponding to an input signal, and carries out linear interpolation for the calculated duty ratio in accordance with the characteristic of air flow rate stored in the ROM 10a so as to calculate an air flow rate. Then, the CPU 10 carries linear interpolation from the calculated air flow rate so as to calculate a duty ratio in accordance with the characteristic of air flow rate stored in the EEPROM 11. A drive circuit 12 delivers a drive signal having the duty ratio calculated by the CPU 10, to the ISCV 2 so as to drive the ISCV 2 for adjusting the opening degree thereof.
