PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a plurality of documents and images or a document and image consisting of a plurality of paragraphs and chapters easy to look or understand by altering recording paper when there is the punctuation of image data in the apparatus and method. SOLUTION: An image processing part discriminates whether image data stored in a hard disk(HD) is a punctuation page and, in the case of the punctuation page, the image data stored in the HD is discarded (S307) and the recording paper replacing flag added to the image data before one page is turned on, that is, recording paper is not replaced (S308) while, in the case of no punctuation page, the represented paper replacing flag added to the image data before one page is turned off, that is, the recording paper is replaced (S309). |
