PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cell strain manifesting sensitivity to human parbovirus and further manifesting sensitivity to B19 and useful for simple measurement, etc., of infectivity titer. SOLUTION: This cell strain manifests sensitivity to human parbovirus. The cell strain is preferably KU812 cell infected by the human parbovirus or KU812Ep6, and the infectivity titer of the human parbovirus is preferably measured by the cell strain.
