PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vial container in which capping shift from a semi-capped freeze-drying posture to a full-capped and sealed posture is performed smoothly, and which maintains firmly this full-capped and sealed posture and has totally no possibility of forgery of drugs by removal of a protector. SOLUTION: A vial container is provided with a locking means for maintaining the full-capped and sealed posture of a protector 51 on an inner face of a cylindrical part 51a of the protector 51. In this vial container, the locking means is formed with a locking piece 56a whose upper end is turned inward so that deflection restoring deformation slanted upward is made possible, and engaged with the lower side of a bottle mouth flange 57b to maintain the full-capped and sealed posture of the protector 51. An annular member 56 which unitarily forms the locking piece 56a and an air permeating means for the interior of a bottle container 57 is mounted in an engaging recess 51b formed throughout the entire circumference of the inner face of the cylindrical part 51a of the protector 51. |
