PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective the mixing of respective ingredients just after the starting of the supplying of the ingredients by a method wherein a recycling means, in which longitudinally extending recycling grooves are provided at an interval to the axial direction of a washing member, and a sealing means, which is provided in an intermediate region between two recycling regions, are equipped. SOLUTION: Main ingredients such as isocyanate and the like are poured axially in a mixing chamber and supplied through the longitudinal hole 41 in a washing member 27. This hole 41 extends towards the rear part of the washing member 27 beyond the fore recycling region 27A having recycling grooves 39 and 40 provided therein and slightly beyond the second recycling region 27B. Two recycling regions 27A and 27B for recycling grooves are separated from each other through an intermediate sealing region 27C so as to provide a short axially extending region 27C in order to realize a sealing means, which forms an enough sealing for preventing an ingredient B from oozing into recycling circuits for one or two kinds of ingredients A1 and A2 through the intermediate region 27C.
