<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject ink stable in printing concentration in rotary stencil printing machines by mixing particles having large diameters with particles having small diameters in an aqueous phase in the emulsion. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsion ink comprises an oil phase and a water phase. Therein, (A) particles having large particle diameters, preferably >=5μm, are mixed with (B) particles having small particle diameters, preferably <5μm, in the water phase of the emulsion. The component A contains a water-soluble polymer (e.g. sodium polycarbonate), but the component B does not contain the polymer. The component B contains an electrolyte (e.g. magnesium sulfate), but the component A does not contain the electrolyte. The component A preferably has a larger viscosity than that of the component B.</p> |
