<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink composition capable of controlling the change in the luminous concentration of a coating film with time. SOLUTION: This aqueous ink composition comprises a coloring agent, a dispersant, a viscosity-controlling agent, water and an emulsion comprising an oil-soluble silicone. The emulsion comprising the oil-soluble silicone includes an emulsion containing at least one kind of silicone selected from dimethylsilicone, monomethylsilicone, phenylmethylsilicone, alkyl-modified silicones and amino-modified silicones. The oil-soluble silicone is contained in the emulsion in an amount of 0.01-10 wt.% based on the total amount of the ink composition. The coloring agent suitably includes inorganic pigments, organic pigments, direct dyes, and acidic dyes (especially titanium dioxide and zinc white). The coloring agent is used in an amount of 0.1-60 wt.% based on the total amount of the ink composition.</p> |
