PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove-cutting machine that can cut grooves on a fish meat-kneaded product narrower in their interval and deeper than the conventional with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: This groove-cutting machine is provided with the carrying-in conveyer 18 and the carrying-out conveyer 25 for conveying the kneaded product 15, the first and second driving side shafts 32, 32 that are rotatably set to the main body 30, the eccentric shafts 34, 34 that are mounted eccentrically to individual driving side shafts 32, 32 and the first and second blades 37, 26 that are linked via the corresponding eccentric shaft 34 and the connection link 35, driven by the rotation of the corresponding driving side shaft to reciprocate along the prescribed moving route, and form cut grooves on the moving kneaded product 15, as it is conveyed by the carrying-in and carrying-out conveyers 18, 25. |
