摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high dimensional accuracy and excellent shape of a ridge by controlling the movement of a cutter with a half-close loop method in an X, Y,θaxes, and controlling the movement of the cutter with an open loop method in a Z axis. SOLUTION: In A1-A, B-B1, a down-start command is output to a Z-pulse motor, and after the delay time is passed, a positional command is output to an XYθmotor just before the cutter blade 30 arrives in a sheet material 31, and a blade tip of the cutter 30 achieves the lowest point A of a V-shaped groove of the sheet material 31, drawing an orbit approximate to a ridge of an inclined cross section of the sheet material. The cutter 30 is moved as it is, and when the cutter 30 achieves a position in this side of a terminal B1 at a distance L1, an up-start command is output to a Z-pulse motor. The blade tip of the cutter blade 30 is raised, drawing a locus approximate to the ridge of the cross section of the V-shaped groove of the sheet material, and after the cutter arrived at the terminal B1, the motor for the X, Y,θaxes is stopped. Similar operation is repeated to other sides, and cutting with a desirable cross section of the V-shaped groove is concluded.
