SOLUTION: This extremely thin metallic foil 10 consists of the metal or alloy having expandability other tan Al and Al-base alloy, is stable in alkaline solution and has thickness of <20μm. The surface coating material 20 or electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 22 forming the thin layer 19 of an adhesive on the surface on one side of this extremely thin metallic foil 10, or the surface coating material 20 or the electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 22 forming the thin layer 19 of the adhesive on the surface of the extremely thin metallic foil 10 through paper or a resin sheet 21 are included.
