摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous processing method which is safe and high in oxygen deactivation process efficiency and sterilization process efficiency. SOLUTION: This continuous processing method using a subcritical fluid involves introducing a raw material in liquid form, which is fed via a continuous supply passage C, into a processing vessel A from an inlet 22 provided in the bottom of the processing vessel; introducing a subcritical fluid, which is fed via a subcritical fluid supply passage B as a subcritical fluid of 50 to 70 atm and 30 to 50 deg.C, into the processing vessel A while pulverizing it using a subcritical fluid pulverization means 16 provided on the bottom of the processing vessel; bringing the pulverized subcritical fluid and the liquid raw material into contact as parallel currents for processing; recovering the processed product via a product recovery passage E from a liquid outlet 26 in the top of the processing vessel from which the liquid raw material is discharged; and discharging the subcritical fluid from a subcritical fluid outlet 27 provided in the top of the processing vessel 4, for recovery via the subcritical fluid recovery passage.
