PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for antifungal treatment of small boards for boiled fish paste that can inhibit the proliferation of germs on the small boards. SOLUTION: The small boards for boiled fish paste (1) are coated with aqueous catechin solution hinokitiol solution. In small boards for boiled fish paste that is composed of plural plate materials, catechin or hinokitiol are admixed to the adhesive for the plate adhesion. |
